With the exception of pre paid non refundable bookings

A limited number of family rooms are available
Children age 12 and under sleep and eat breakfast free when sharing a room with 1 paying adult
Children over the age of 12 are charged a supplement of £25.00 per child for bed and breakfast

Currency and credit cards accepted 
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express).  The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques

Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the hotel finance department for details

Disabled 
The hotel has a level access. One ground floor bedroom is available for guests and the public areas are all fully accessible 

Online policy for debit cards
Credit cards are accepted as a form of guarantee and payment online. Unfortunately, debit cards cannot be used online but can be used as payment to settle your bill on departure

Pets 
Dogs are allowed in selected cottage rooms by prior arrangement and at a charge per night.  Dogs are not allowed on the beds and guests should proved their own bedding
